  • Any refurbs that are required on the properties will be coordinated by us using reputable trades people, again saving you the time and stress of looking after this yourself. We will keep you updated on the progress of any work that is being carried out.
  • Finally, we will ensure your property is listed for rent with one of the highest rated letting agents in the area. Our journey won’t end until there is a let agreed on the property, ensuring your rental income is in sight.
